On our second day of tours we stopped at the national Orchid Gardens. The Orchid is the state flower and a symbol of Singapore. I love orchids and therefore my entire camera memory is filled with pictures from the gardens. I happen to love Orchids. I stink at keeping them alive, but I certainly appreciate their beauty! Here’s a few pictures for you to enjoy.. I only have my i-phone to use so the quality may be lacking, but believe me they were magnificent!
On our third morning, Al and I elided to tackle the subway and head to the airport to look at the Jewel. The Jewel is a free public space with a tremendous waterfall in it. Off we went. Subway adventurer
The water was amazing. It was a very interesting sight to see. Plus we managed to conquer another public transport system!
Subway riding home to our ship. We leave Singapore this afternoon after a truly enjoyable visit.
